The loss of a loved one disrupts our daily lives and can be hard to feel optimistic about the future. You may have many questions about things you’ve never faced before. To help you through your grief we invite you to join our GriefShare sessions led by people who understand what you are going through and want to help.  GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alone side you through one of life’s most difficult experiences.  You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone. GriefShare will meet weekly to help you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life. Each GriefShare session has three distinct elements:

Video Seminar

Each week we will watch a video seminar featuring top experts on grief and recovery subjects.

Group Discussion

After watching the video we will gather into groups and spend time as a support group discussing what was presented.

Personal Study

Throughout the week you will have the opportunity to use your workbook for further personal study on the grieving process and help sort out your emotions through journaling.
